Do I need authorization to install my Sunflower balcony solar panels?
Installing a solar panel on your balcony does not require a building permit or prior authorization. However, you must ensure that the installation does not violate your building’s co-ownership regulations. The same rules apply if you're a tenant.
You can absolutely install a Sunflower kit, as long as your building’s rules do not prohibit it. When purchasing a Sunflower kit, you’ll just need to declare it to your electricity provider by following our step-by-step guide.
How can I ensure a safe connection?
Safety is essential when connecting your Sunflower Solar kit. The kit must be plugged into a standard 230V 2P+T outlet (two poles plus ground) that is properly grounded. It is strictly forbidden to plug the kit into a power strip, in order to avoid any risk of overload, short circuit, or performance loss.
What happens if the panels are damaged?
Thanks to the Sunflower warranty, your kit will be automatically replaced in case of defects. Our customer service team is here to assist you if you notice any issues upon delivery or at any point during the lifespan of your kit.
